Claudette Albers-Reid has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Claudette currently works as a Customer Success Consultant at PSOhub, starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they co-founded the Children's Perfect Hope Foundation (CPH) in 2007, a non-profit organization aimed at providing education and resources for orphaned and destitute children in third world countries. At CPH, they organized fundraisers, coordinated field trips, and focused on building a school for orphans in Uganda.
From 2018 to 2021, Claudette worked at Re-Vision as an Engagement Manager. In this role, they managed multiple projects and programs for clients and partners globally, bridging the gap between business and technical teams. Before that, they worked at Ontuitive Europe B.V. from 2006 to 2018, initially as a Solutions Consultant and Project Manager and later as an Engagement Manager. In these positions, they designed client proposals, managed resources and timelines, and represented the project team in meetings and presentations.
Claudette also worked at QA from 1999 to 2006, first as a Technical Training Consultant and later as an Account Manager and Performance Support Sales Specialist. Additionally, they worked at Psion as a Technical Support Consultant from 1998 to 1999 and completed a graduate placement at Intel Corporation from 1996 to 1997.
Claudette Albers-Reid completed their education in Information Systems Management at Bournemouth University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a BSc (Hons) degree. Prior to that, they pursued Business Information Technology at the same university from 1993 to 1995, earning an HND degree. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained the Certified Performance Consultant certification from The Learning and Performance Institute in October 2017.
