Jennifer di Bella

Jennifer (JJ) Di Bella has a diverse work experience. Jennifer (JJ) started their career as a Special Education Teacher at Carter-Lawrence Elementary Magnet in 1999. From there, they worked for the Peace Corps in various roles including Recruitment Coordinator & Recruiter, Associate Director of Education, Director of Programming & Training, Focus In/Train Up Project Leader/Expert Consultant, Staff Development Specialist/Expert Consultant and Learning Strategy Architect. Jennifer (JJ) also worked as the Chief of Learning & Development at the National Park Service. In 2013, they founded their own company called L3D Consulting, LLC, where they serve as the Owner and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. Currently, Jennifer is working for the Peace Corps as the Chief of Programming and Training for the Africa Region.

Jennifer (JJ) Di Bella has a PhD in Leadership & Change from Antioch University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2025. Jennifer (JJ) also holds a Master's degree in Education: Curriculum & Instruction from George Mason University, acquired from 1995 to 1997. Their Bachelor's degree in Family & Child Development & Psychology was earned at Virginia Tech from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they completed the Fast Track Coaching Program at The Coaches Training Institute in 2012 to 2013. Jennifer has obtained certifications as an IDI Qualified Administrator from IDI, LLC in 2018, an Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation in 2015, and in 360 Assessment Tools from The Center for Creative Leadership in 2015.
