David Alexander

David Alexander is a seasoned professional in data research and GIS analysis, currently serving as a Senior Data Research Analyst at Peak District National Park since November 2021. With a longstanding career at Peak District National Park Authority since May 2010 in various roles, including GIS Officer-Technician and Research & Monitoring Officer, David has provided crucial technical GIS support and contributed to national park policy through data research and monitoring. Prior experience includes positions as a Data and Information Officer at Sheffield City Council and as a Research & Statistics Assistant at Rotherham Borough Council. David holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Liverpool.
