Heather Saunders

Heather Saunders possesses extensive experience in healthcare auditing and coding, currently serving as a Pro-Fee Auditor at Peak Health Solutions, Inc. since November 2016. In this role, Heather audits various medical fields including General Surgery, Family Medicine, and more, while also providing feedback and education to coding teams. Prior to this, Heather held positions at Navigant Cymetrix, where responsibilities included managing audits as a Team Lead and serving as an Analyst Manager, focusing on diverse medical specialties. Heather's career began with coding roles at the University of Kentucky and MESA, and Heather also has experience as a Licensed Optician. Educationally, Heather is an alumnus of Tulane University.
