Daniel Chappell

Daniel Chappell is a Physical Therapist at Peak Medical Centers since August 2022, with a comprehensive educational background including a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Rhode Island. Previous experience includes roles as a Student Physical Therapist at CHAMPION PHYSICAL THERAPY AND PERFORMANCE, INC, Colorado Institute of Sports Medicine, The Center at Centennial, and South County Health, where Daniel developed skills in musculoskeletal evaluation, rehabilitation practices, and treatment for various patient populations.
