Phil Raffi

Phillip has over 12 years of experience in sustainability and energy management, focussing on Commercial Real Estate. In his previous role, Phillip led a team of sustainability professionals that managed over 65 million square feet of commercial real estate across Canada. He implemented solutions such as creating strategic corporate initiatives that include national policy development, hedging strategies, green building certifications, operational efficiency strategies and projects, and the adoption of smart technology. Phillip received the IESO/Toronto Hydro Energy Manager of the Year award in 2018.
