Bianca Lazaro

Bianca Lazaro has extensive work experience in various roles within the customer service and operations field. Bianca most recently served as the Vice President of PH Operations at Peak Support since November 2021, where they oversee and coordinates operations activities. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director, Service Delivery - PH and Shared Services at Peak Support from October 2020 to November 2021. In this role, they led service delivery in the Philippines and shared services groups, ensuring efficient processes and meeting organizational needs. Before joining Peak Support, Bianca worked as the Director of Operations at the same company from June 2015 to October 2020. Bianca also gained experience as a Team Leader in Data and Analytics at Path from June 2014 to June 2015. Additionally, they served as the Deputy Team Leader at TalkTo, Inc. from December 2013 to June 2014, where they provided coaching and ensured team coverage. Bianca's earlier experience includes multiple roles at VXI Global Solutions, Inc. from 2010 to 2013, such as Team Leader, Tier 2 Agent, Resolution Specialist, and Tier 1 Agent.

Bianca Lazaro earned their Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from New Era University, Quezon City, from 2005 to 2009.
