Crisel Lancara

Crisel Lancara has extensive experience in project management and quality assurance. Crisel currently holds the role of Director of Project Management at Peak Support since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Resource Solutions from March 2020 to May 2022. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Support.com, holding the positions of Senior Project Manager and Assistant Quality Manager. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Project Manager at Webcare Solutions Pty Ltd, Virtual Assistant at Soul Finance Group, Quality Development Supervisor at SYKES, and Team Leader at ADP Philippines. Crisel also has experience at Rainmaker Asia and Myaa Inc. in various quality assurance and leadership roles.

Crisel Lancara completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism at the University of Santo Tomas from 2001 to 2005. Crisel also obtained various certifications including IELTS from IDP Education Ltd and Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services in 2022. Crisel completed The Complete Agile Scrum Fundamentals Course from Udemy and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) and Green Belt (ICGB) from GreyCampus in 2021. In 2019, they completed the PMP Certification Training Course from Udemy and became a member of the Project Management Institute in 2018.
