JM is a Director of Service Delivery at Peak Support. He works hand in hand with managers handling multiple lines of business. He ensures that not only the clients’ goals and expectations are exceeded but also that the leaders within the organization are successful. Before Peak Support, he worked at AT&T seven years. His last role was as Escalations Team Manager. In this function, he was exposed to best-in-class customer service, process and performance management, technical support, and business analytics.
