Nükhet Savaş Özmen has extensive work experience in various positions across different companies. In 2011, they began their career as an Editorial Intern at İletişim Yayınları before moving on to the role of Customer Relations Manager at Pandora Kitabevi. In 2012, they joined Peak as a Product Specialist and Community Manager. Nükhet then worked as a Content Manager at Boni Global in 2014 before joining Jeton İletişim as a Brand Supervisor and Project Manager. From 2015, Nükhet worked at Fox Networks Group as a Digital Media Executive, Manager, and Director. In 2019, they joined The Walt Disney Company as a Digital Media Director before returning to Peak in 2020 as a Customer Experience Lead.

Nükhet Savaş Özmen received their undergraduate degree, a "Lisans Derecesi," in Turkish Language and Literature from Boğaziçi University from 2006 to 2011. Nükhet has also obtained several certifications in areas such as customer service, leadership, and user experience design and usability training.
