Alex Shapiro

Alex Shapiro has a diverse work experience in product management and leadership roles. They started their career at White House Black Market, where they gained experience in store inventory planning and merchandise allocation. They then moved on to Office Depot, where they held roles as Lead Functional Analyst, Lead Product Owner, and Senior Product Manager. At Salesforce, they served as a Product Manager for the Commerce Cloud's Customer Service Center module. Most recently, they worked at PeakActivity as a Director of Product Management and currently hold the position of VP, Product and Delivery. Throughout their career, Alex has demonstrated skills in strategy development, product roadmap planning, team leadership, and the successful implementation of innovative products and platforms.

Alex Shapiro attended Florida Atlantic University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Their field of study included Business, Hospitality, and Human Resources. Additionally, Alex obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in September 2016 and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the same institution in August 2016.
