Rob Secrest has extensive experience in customer success and client management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at InflowCX since July 2021. Prior roles include Customer Success Manager at Lumen Technologies and a Client Support Manager position at Level 3 Communications, where Rob worked from March 2015 to July 2021. Additionally, Rob has held roles at CenturyLink, Integra, and was a Broker Associate at Preferred Properties, Inc. for over a decade. Currently enrolled at The Ohio State University, Rob Secrest has developed a strong foundation in customer care, sales, and solutions for small business voice and data needs throughout a diverse career in telecommunications and real estate.
