the first Technical Recruiting Team members. He was part of the organization that scaled the company to over 30,000 employees. He then joined Facebook (now Meta) to build processes for a recruiting function, which hired over a thousand engineering leaders.
At Pear, Nate brings his passion for connecting people and his belief that recruiting is the foundation of success for any company. He advises leaders on making critical hires and consults individuals on their career journeys.
Nate lives in the East Bay with his wife, Gina, and son, Levi. He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of the Pacific.
