Ben Byington

Ben Byington has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ben is currently the Director of Operations and Training at Pearce Renewables since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Natron Resources, Inc. from 2018 onwards, where they were responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations.

Before that, Ben worked at Enable Energy from 2015 to 2018, where they held two different roles: Engineering & Procurement Manager and Construction Operations Manager. In these positions, they managed engineering and procurement activities and oversaw construction operations.

Ben's earlier experience includes working at Sacramento Municipal Utility District from 2005 to 2009, where they held the role of Field Coordinator. Here, they supervised construction and maintenance activities and ensured compliance with safety requirements.

Ben's education continued at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advanced Military and Operational Studies.
