Jeffrey Ansley has extensive experience in the renewable energy industry. Jeffrey started their career as a Solar Manager at Sun Light and Power in 1995. Jeffrey then worked as a Mechanical Engineer at PowerLight Corporation, where they designed and installed photovoltaic systems and obtained two patents in the field of solar hybrid collectors. Jeffrey later joined Red Oak Consulting as a Senior Consultant. In 2006, they became a Consultant at Solyndra, where they organized a team to develop the Solyndra mounting system and performed system design and integration activities. In 2007, Jeffrey became the President of Natron, a role they held until 2023. Currently, they are the Vice President of Engineering at Pearce Renewables.

Jeffrey Ansley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources from the University of Michigan, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Jeffrey also has a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, which they earned from 2005 to 2006. Jeffrey furthered their education with an MBA from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their educational achievements, Jeffrey holds multiple certifications in various states related to electrical and mechanical engineering.
