Phillipa Beltran

Phillipa Beltran is an experienced professional in product management and customer operations, currently serving as the Director of Product Management in the Workforce Skills division at Pearson since September 2021. Prior to this role, Phillipa held positions at Faethm by Pearson, including Head of Product and Product Manager, and at Flamingo Ai where roles ranged from Head of Customer Operations & Product Strategy to Senior Product Manager. Additional experience includes consultancy roles in customer experience and human-centered design at Fifth Quadrant CX, senior client service and project management positions at Nielsen, and analytical roles at Gartner. Phillipa holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Political Science from UNSW, obtained between 2000 and 2002.
