Dung Hong

Dung Hong began their career as a Software Engineering Intern at Yelp in 2013. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Software Engineer at TellApart. They then transitioned to Twitter, where they served as a Machine Learning Engineer from 2015 to 2016, primarily focusing on designing a bid controller for Twitter's External Exchange. In 2016, Dung joined TenPoint7 as a Lead Data Scientist, leading various projects and training a team of Data Scientists. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at MoMo (M_Service) in multiple roles, including Head of Big Data & AI Lab and VP of Engineering. In these positions, they played a key role in transforming the company into a data-driven organization and building a new big data platform. Currently, Dung holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Peeba, starting in 2021.

Dung Hong has a strong educational background in the field of computer science. Dung obtained a Master's degree in Joint Statistics-Computer Science from Purdue University, which they completed from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science from the same university, completing it in the years 2014.
