Walter Rygiol

Walter Rygiol, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Walter currently serves as the Director of B2C Operations at Peek since February 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Teams at Peek from June 2022 to February 2023. Before joining Peek, Walter worked at Better, where they held the positions of Director of Direct Engagement Panel from October 2021 to May 2022 and Direct Engagement Pipeline Manager from April 2020 to September 2021.

Earlier in their career, Walter was a Senior Manager of Logistics Operations at Houzz from June 2018 to February 2020. Walter also served as a Logistics Operations Manager from June 2017 to June 2018, a Logistics Manager from June 2016 to June 2017, a Logistics Lead from July 2015 to June 2016, and a Sales Account Executive from March 2014 to July 2015.

Prior to their time at Houzz, Walter worked as a Sales Executive at Marriott Vacations Worldwide from December 2013 to March 2014 and as a Sales Executive - Starwood from January 2012 to November 2013. Walter also held positions at Diamond Resorts® as a Sales Manager from January 2011 to December 2011 and as a Sales Executive from January 2010 to December 2010.

Prior to their roles in the hospitality industry, Walter worked at IBM as a Portal & Collaboration Sales Specialist from June 2008 to January 2010 and at FedEx Services as a Senior Account Executive from October 2005 to June 2008. Walter began their career at Johnson & Johnson as a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist from December 2004 to October 2005.

Walter Rygiol, MBA obtained their Masters in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of San Diego in 2000.
