Lerato Ramatseba

Lerato Ramatseba currently serves as the Group Human Resources Project and Recruitment Manager at Peermont Global since August 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager at Afrika Tikkun Services from September 2019 to August 2022, Management Consultant at TATASHI from February 2015 to September 2019, and at Mokhurane Technologies from March 2016 to 2017. Ramatseba also worked as an Organisational Design Consultant at SITA from January 2006 to February 2016. Educational qualifications include a BCOM Honours in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa, a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Psychology from UNISA, and a Diploma in IT from TUT.
