Julie Melander

Julie Melander, CRE, MBA is currently the Director of Investment Management at PEG COMPANIES. Prior to this role, Julie served as the Real Estate Investments Consultant at Arena Investors, LP. Julie also held the position of Chair of the Board at The Counselors of Real Estate®. Julie has extensive experience in portfolio management, asset management, and investment advisory services in the real estate industry. Julie holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
