Jacquie Hayes

Jacquie Hayes is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in healthcare and customer service management. Currently serving as Operations Support Manager at Pegasus Health since November 2021, Jacquie leads a dedicated team that supports clinical operations and enhances patient care within community settings. Previously, Jacquie held the position of General Manager at Research First, focusing on operational excellence and health and safety engagement. Jacquie's experience at IRD included roles as Customer Service Manager and National Manager, where leadership of a large team facilitated exceptional customer service and business support. Education includes a partial law degree from the University of Canterbury and completion of secondary education at Avonside Girls High School.
