Pete Tinmouth has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Pete started their career in 1995 as the Director of Services at InterTrans Logistics Solutions. From there, they joined i2 Technologies as the Director of the Customer Solutions Group. In 2007, they became the Vice President of Central Services at Dexterra, where they led the development of the indirect services program. Pete then moved on to Antenna Software in 2009, where they served as the Senior Director of Services, managing teams and providing technical consulting on mobility solutions. In 2013, they joined Pegasystems as the Director of Mobility Enablement before being promoted to Senior Director Support & Operations, then to Senior Director of Global Service Assurance, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Service Assurance and Technical Account Management, where they guide clients through complex technical projects. Throughout their career, Pete has focused on delivering innovative solutions, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.

Pete Tinmouth completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Waterloo in the years 1982 to 1985. Pete pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2008.
