Peter van der Putten

Peter van der Putten is a highly experienced professional in the field of artificial intelligence and decisioning solutions. Currently serving as the Director of the AI Lab and Director of Decisioning & AI Solutions at Pegasystems, Peter has previously held roles including Worldwide Director of Decisioning Solutions. Academic contributions include positions as Assistant Professor and Guest Researcher at the Leiden Institute of Advanced Computer Science (LIACS) at Leiden University, as well as Lecturer in the Media Technology Programme. Additionally, Peter has worked as a Principal Consultant at KiQ. With a PhD in AI & Data Mining from Leiden University and an MSc in Cognitive Artificial Intelligence from Utrecht University, Peter van der Putten combines extensive industry experience with a solid academic foundation.
