Hrishita Himalika

Hrishita Himalika has had a range of work experiences since 2023. Hrishita started as a Junior Executive at The Entrepreneurship Cell, Daulat Ram College, where they worked in the digital and creatives department. Hrishita then joined Connecting Dreams Foundation - DRC, where they were a part of the research and content team, as well as a project member. Hrishita also worked at Ekalavya Society as a Management Team Member. Hrishita gained experience as a Junior Consultant at 180 Degrees Consulting DRC and as a Consulting Fellow at Career Edge. Hrishita was also involved with Smarketing- The Marketing Cell, DRC as a Junior Executive. Hrishita served as a Creative Head at The Placement Cell, Daulat Ram College and as a Head of Public Relations at Youth India Foundation. Additionally, Hrishita worked as a Content Co-Head and Content Writer Intern at Pehchaan The Street School (Trust), where they focused on youth-related subjects and showcased the organization's methods and services. Hrishita was also involved with Girl Up Inaara as a Social Media and Outreach Member, as well as a Content Executive. Throughout their varied experiences, Hrishita has developed skills in public relations, HR strategy and planning, social media management, content creation, consulting, and project management.

Hrishita began their education at SAI International School in 2021 and completed their 12th grade in the field of commerce in 2022. Hrishita then attended St. Xavier's College (Autonomous) in Kolkata for a brief period in 2022, majoring in commerce. Subsequently, Hrishita pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree at Delhi University from 2022 to 2025, focusing on business and commerce.

In addition to their formal education, Hrishita has obtained several certifications and participated in various programs. Hrishita achieved a Certificate of Participation from GAEE Daulat Ram College in June 2023, a Certificate of Excellence in the Submission Round of BrandKnit: Knit a Strategy from Unstop (formerly Dare2Compete) in May 2023, and another Certificate of Participation from Youth India Foundation in the same month. Hrishita also received a Certificate of Participation in Invicta- An Article Writing Competition from Unstop (formerly Dare2Compete) in May 2023.

Hrishita acquired skills in Advanced Excel through an Internshala certification in January 2023. Hrishita also completed the Start Right Certificate of Completion offered by the Commerce Society at Hans Raj College during the same time. Additionally, they gained practical experience as a Business Development and Research Specialist intern at Younity.in in December 2022.

Furthermore, Hrishita pursued knowledge in market research and marketing psychology from Udemy in December 2022. Hrishita participated in the Shri Ram Management Aptitude Test - Online of SRMAT- Class XI-XII Category in December 2020, for which they received a Certificate of Participation from Unstop (formerly Dare2Compete). Finally, in August 2020, they participated in the ESai Model United Nations Conference organized by SAI International School.
