Michael Schwartz

Michael Schwartz has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Michael started their career in 2003 as a Network Administrator at D LINK, where they provided support to employees, installed and configured systems, and escalated issues to senior teams. In 2003, they joined First National Lending Company as a System Administrator, where they managed the loan operating system, maintained server fleet, and ensured adherence to organizational values. In 2006, they moved to PEI, where they held various roles over the years. As a Senior Support Engineer, they worked from 2006 to 2011, and then transitioned to Manager of IT Operations, where they managed a small team, developed and maintained support engineering standards, and monitored new products and technologies. Currently, they hold the position of Director of IT Operations at PEI, but there is no specified end date for this role.

Michael Schwartz attended Capistrano Valley Christian Schools from 1993 to 1996 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. From 1996 to 1998, they attended Saddleback College, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration.

- Michael Schwartz recently obtained the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification in July 2022, accredited by Microsoft.
