Wayne Hicks has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as the Owner/Operator of Oney’s Pizza Parlor since May 2022. Previously, Wayne held the position of Chef Manager at Guckenheimer. Wayne's formal education includes a Certificate in Culinary Arts from Western Culinary in Portland, OR, completed in 1996.
