Scott Ross is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end food and beverage management. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Pelican Sound Golf & River Club since July 2021, Scott has previously held prominent roles including Director of Food and Beverage Operations and Executive Chef at Quail Creek Country Club from July 2016 to July 2021, and Executive Chef at LOBLOLLY, INC., Long Cove Club, The Point Lake and Golf Club, and Reynolds Plantation during various periods. Scott began culinary training at Johnson & Wales University, earning an A.A. in Culinary in 2000.
