Courtney Lane-Milligan

Courtney Lane-Milligan has a diverse work experience in various companies. Courtney started their career in 2010 as an Event Contract at NBCUniversal Media, LLC during the Vancouver 2010 Olympics. In 2011, they worked at Tennis Australia on an event contract for the Australian Open and also had a role as an Educator (Sales Associate) at lululemon.

From 2011 to 2016, they worked at lululemon in various roles, including Recruiting Coordinator and Sourcing Recruiter & Recruiter - Product. Courtney was also a Recruiter - International during this time.

In 2016, Courtney Lane-Milligan joined Amazon as a Recruiter in the EU Fashion department. Courtney later became a Senior Recruiter for EU Fashion & University Programs and then transitioned to become a Manager of Recruiting at Twitch.

Most recently, they joined Peloton Interactive in 2019 as a Senior Manager of Recruiting. Courtney then took on the role of Director, TA Programs, Operations & Global Mobility before being promoted to Senior Director, Recruiting in August 2022.

Courtney Lane-Milligan completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree at The University of British Columbia in 2011. Courtney then enrolled in the Project Management Certificate Program at Cornell University and completed it in 2021. Following that, Courtney pursued the HR Management Certificate Program at Cornell University and is expected to finish in 2022.
