Kristy Millette

Kristy Millette is the current Director of Operations Excellence & Engagement at Peloton. Prior to joining, they were an instructor at Les Mills International, where they coached participants through scientifically-proven strength-building techniques. Kristy has also worked as an account manager at Office Systems Northwest and as the director of HR Portfolio Delivery at Starbucks.

Kristy Millette has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance, General from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Change Management Certificate from Cornell University.
