Martin Chalmers

Martin Chalmers has over 26 years of work experience in supply chain management and commercial roles. Martin is currently working as an SCM Lead for the Peace Expansion Program at Pembina Pipeline Corporation. Before that, they worked as a Supply Chain Manager at Trans Mountain from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Supply Chain Manager at Chevron, where they managed pipeline and early works projects from 2012 to 2015.

Chalmers also has experience working at Talisman Energy, where they served as the VP of Supply Chain from 2010 to 2012 and as the VP of Global Supply Chain from 2008 to 2010. Martin also worked as a Supply Chain Manager at Talisman Energy Malaysia from 2006 to 2008.

Before joining Talisman Energy, Chalmers worked at BIS Salamis as a Group Commercial Manager from 2001 to 2002. Martin also worked at Petrofac as a Production Support Manager from 1999 to 2001 and as a Cost & Contracts Team Leader from 1997 to 1999. Martin started their career at AMEC as a Commercial Coordinator for Shell NFU from 1995 to 1997 and at BHP Petroleum as a Contracts Engineer from 1993 to 1995.

Martin Chalmers obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying from Robert Gordon University during the period of 1983 to 1987. Martin then continued their education at the Royal Institute of Quantity Surveyors from 1987 to 1989, earning the designation of MRICS in Quantity Surveying.
