Paul Miller

Paul Miller is a Consultant at V4 Services, working as a Major Projects Lead with a focus on regeneration and business operations for public sector clients. Paul also serves as a Delivery Manager and has experience in procurement, supplier engagement, and establishing commercial procurement units. In addition, Paul is a Cabinet Member at Pembrokeshire County Council, responsible for Economic and Community Development, Leisure, Culture, Tourism, and Major Events. Prior to this, Paul worked as a Project Manager in the development of a community sports center and as a Safety, Environment, and Quality Administrator at Murphy Oil. Paul graduated from the University of Southampton with a 2.1 degree in Economics.
