Simon Porter

Simon Porter is an Investment Director at Pembroke. Simon has over 10 years of experience in the corporate finance industry. Prior to joining Pembroke, they worked as an Associate at Oakley Advisory Limited, where they advised on a range of transactions including M&A deals, fundraisings, and IPOs. Simon also provided Equity Capital Markets advice to listed clients. Simon began their career as an Analyst at Oakley Capital Corporate Finance. Simon later became an Equity Analyst & Assistant Portfolio Manager at Nils Taube Investments LLP.

Simon Porter has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Bristol, as well as a Masters in the same field from the same school. Simon also has certification from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment in ACSI, and certification from the Financial Services Authority in Customer Function (CF30). Additionally, they have a Level 3 Certificate in Investment Management from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).
