Jim Loder (He/Him)

Jim Loder has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jim has been working at PEMCO since 2003, where they currently hold the position of Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Impact. Jim has previously served as the Director of Enterprise Services, Impact & Optimization, and Manager of Enterprise Services & Business Optimization. In these roles, they have managed teams and focused on customer experience, employee engagement, and organizational change.

Outside of PEMCO, Jim has also been involved in various volunteer and board positions. Jim was a volunteer board member at ARTSWEST PLAYHOUSE AND GALLERY from 2013 to 2021. Jim also served as Chair of the King County Arts Committee from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, Jim has a background in the theater industry, having worked as a Managing Director at A Contemporary Theatre and General Manager at Intiman Theatre.

Earlier in their career, Jim worked as an Assistant Stage Manager at Seattle Repertory Theatre and as a Company Manager at Utah Shakespeare Festival, where they managed the needs of staff and volunteers during temporary residencies.

Jim Loder (He/Him) pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Drama with a specialization in Theatre Management at Southern Utah University from 1986 to 1988. Following this, they moved on to UC Irvine, where they earned a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Theatre/Theater from 1988 to 1992. More recently, in 2008 and 2009, they attended Seattle University, where they completed a Certificate in the Executive Leadership Program (ELP).
