Johnny Ross

Johnny Ross is a seasoned UX Researcher currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Pendo.io since February 2022. Prior to this role, Johnny held multiple positions at Toast from August 2019 to February 2022, advancing from Associate UX Researcher to UX Researcher. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure as a UX Specialist at Minsilo in early 2019 and roles at Optum from June 2017 to February 2019, where Johnny progressed from UX Analyst to Associate UX Researcher. Johnny earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, completing the degree in May 2017.
