Mark Whitley

Mark Whitley is an experienced product designer with a strong background in user experience, spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Pendo.io since December 2021, Mark engages with customers to develop design concepts, prototypes, and aspirational directives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior to Pendo.io, Mark was the UX Design Manager at SaleCycle, where responsibilities included user discovery, wireframing, and overseeing a platform serving around 400 international clients. Mark also held roles as Lead Designer and Senior Designer at SaleCycle and Leighton, respectively, leading teams, executing design refreshes, and contributing to various design projects for prestigious clients. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from Northumbria University.
