Stacey Schafer

Stacey Schafer is currently the Chief People Officer at PenLink, where Stacey leads the human resources function and implements people strategies to support organizational goals. Prior to this, Stacey held roles such as Senior Director of Organizational Development and Director of Training at the same company. Stacey previously worked at Kenexa/IBM as a Project Manager, focusing on maintaining and improving employee engagement in various industries. Stacey also served as an HR Organizational Development Consultant at Ameritas, where Stacey coached executives, managed employee engagement, and developed leadership programs. Earlier in their career, Stacey worked in training and development roles at Nelnet and as a Staffing Specialist at Kelly Services. Stacey has a BA in Psychology from Taylor University.
