Lisa Freedman

Lisa Freedman, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Lisa is currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Penn National Insurance where they are responsible for driving organizational effectiveness and implementing innovative HR strategies. Prior to that, Lisa worked at The Hershey Company as a Senior Manager of Employee Relations and a Human Resources Business Partner, providing support to various departments and playing a key role in M&A integration policy review. Before joining The Hershey Company, Lisa served as an HR Business Partner at BAE Systems and as a Human Resources Specialist at Nationwide Insurance, where they provided guidance on HR strategy, succession planning, and workforce planning.

Lisa Freedman, SPHR earned their Master's degree in Human Resources from Stony Brook University. Lisa attended the university from 1991 to 1995.
