Alexander Kanto is the Talent Acquisition Lead at Penni.io. Alexander has over 8 years of experience in the recruitment and HR industry.

Alexander started their career as an HR Administrator Internship at EnterCard Danmark. Alexander then became a HR Consultant at MT Højgaard and a HR employee at DANSIC - Danish Social Innovation Club. After that, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Jobindex A/S and then as a Recruitment Specialist at Compass Human Resources Group - DENMARK. Most recently, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager at DFDS from March 2018 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for A-Z recruitment and sourcing as well as Employee Value Proposition co-creator.

Alexander has a proven track record of success in recruitment and HR. Alexander is passionate about finding the right candidate for the right role and preparing companies for the challenges of tomorrow.

Alexander Kanto's educational career began with a BS in Communication & Business from Roskilde University. Alexander then went on to obtain a linguistic graduate degree from Frederiksværk Gymnasium. Finally, they completed their Cand.Soc.HRM in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School.
