Amy Carter is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Administration Team Lead at Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP since June 2023. Previously, Amy worked at South Western Railway from February 2019 to June 2023 as an HRMIS Analyst, ensuring data integrity within the HR system, and as an HR Coordinator, managing all aspects of the Employee Life Cycle Administration.
