Michaela Taylor McIpr

Michaela Taylor MCIPR has a diverse work experience in communications and employee communications roles. Recently, they worked at Pennon Group Plc as the Head of Internal Communications, where they established a new Internal / Colleague Communications team for the company. Prior to this, Michaela served as Director of Employee Communications at Astellas Pharma Europe Ltd, where they led regional employee communications efforts. Michaela also held roles at GSK, including Internal Communications Business Partner and Global Internal Corporate Communications Director. Additionally, they worked as a Communications Manager at NHS East of England. Throughout their various roles, Michaela has demonstrated expertise in supporting senior leaders, developing communication channels, and delivering events to facilitate effective and transparent communications within organizations.

Michaela Taylor MCIPR attended Cranfield University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a BSc in Marketing and Food Management. Michaela then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing from 1998 to 1999.
