Shelby Rexrode

Shelby Rexrode is a seasoned professional in economic development and policy, currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency since April 2023. Prior to this role, Shelby held the position of Policy Officer at the same agency from October 2019 to April 2023 and worked at the Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation as both Project Manager and Economic Development Administrator from September 2015 to October 2019.
