Donetta D'Innocenzo

Donetta D'Innocenzo has extensive experience in government and finance, currently serving as Chief Clerk of the Pennsylvania State Senate since December 2013, responsible for a range of business-related functions including budgeting, accounting, and IT. Prior to this role, Donetta D'Innocenzo was a Principal at NetGain from January 1999 to December 2013, advising on policy and procurement for clients. Donetta D'Innocenzo also held various positions at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including Executive Assistant and Director of Minority and Women Business, where strategic advice was provided on small business issues. Earlier experience includes serving as Acting Chief Clerk and Comptroller in the Pennsylvania State Senate from 1984 to 1994. Donetta D'Innocenzo holds a B.A. in English and Business from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
