Heather Charity has extensive experience in administrative and reception roles, currently serving as the Office Coordinator at Penquis CAP for the Head Start & Early Head Start programs since July 2014. Responsibilities include managing office tasks, data entry related to children and staff metrics, office maintenance, creating newsletters, and assisting families with inquiries and resources. Previous positions included medical receptionist roles at Drs Borders & Associates and Dr Charles Burger, where Heather Charity was responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, and interdepartmental support. Additionally, Heather Charity began a career in hospitality as a Front Desk Receptionist at Econo Lodge Inn. Heather Charity is pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Mental and Social Health Services and Allied Professions at the University of Maine at Augusta, with a history of education at multiple institutions.
