Edward Dean

Edward Dean has an extensive work experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions in different companies. Edward currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Pentec Health. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Symbria. Edward also held the position of Director, Human Resources at Help at Home, LLC, where they provided strategic HR support and managed a team of HR professionals. Edward Dean has a strong background in HR business partnering, as exhibited in their roles at Alacrity Services and AMITA Health. Edward also has experience in coaching and mentoring senior leadership, as seen in their time at WellCare.
