Firdaus Mansoori

Firdaus Mansoori's work experience begins in 2010 at The Junior Study, where they worked as a Teacher, teaching English to 2nd to 3rd grade students and Pre-Primary Classes. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Teacher at Delhi Public School, teaching English and Mathematics and demonstrating strong classroom management skills.

In 2015, Firdaus moved into the recruitment field, joining Perfectmanpowersolutions as a Recruiter. Firdaus was involved in the full life cycle of recruitment and management, including screening, identifying, and interviewing IT professionals for client placement. Firdaus also managed client requirements and day-to-day operations.

In 2018, Firdaus worked as a Technical Recruiter at TalentRupt Inc., where they were responsible for full life cycle recruitment and management, including screening, interviewing, and placing IT professionals with clients. Firdaus also managed client requirements and deliverables.

Later in 2018, Firdaus worked as an HR Recruiter on a contract basis at Mobiquity Inc - India, focusing on recruitment tasks within the company.

In 2019, Firdaus joined eTeam as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Firdaus'srole involved building an understanding of the industry and corporate culture, scouting potential employees for open positions, and developing relationships with clients and candidates.

In 2020, Firdaus joined vTech Solution Inc as a Client Service Specialist, focusing on talent acquisition across various IT disciplines. Firdaus analyzed, identified, and fulfilled staffing needs for technical organizations.

Currently, Firdaus is working at PeoplActive, starting in 2020. Firdaus first served as a Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for cloud talent acquisition and providing contractual roles for cloud experts specializing in MS Azure. Firdaus is currently the Head of Operations - Global, overseeing operations on a global scale.

Firdaus Mansoori attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for high school education. After completing high school, Firdaus went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree at Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University.
