Abigail Mae Arceo

Abigail Mae Arceo is a seasoned Product Manager currently with Plusgrade since January 2021, specializing in Ancillary Services for the Rail industry. With a strong technical background, Abigail has overseen key product developments, including a successful Beta launch for the oneworld Airline Alliance. Prior to Plusgrade, Abigail held project management roles at Aeronology, focusing on NDC implementation, and served as a Principal Technical Business Analyst at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where significant contributions were made to corporate booking systems in the Asia Pacific region. Abigail's early career included roles at Navitaire LLC, where expertise was developed in business analysis, software development, and quality assurance, along with experience at Microsoft and Trend Micro during educational pursuits.
