Krisinda Westman

Krisinda Westman, ACC, currently serves as the Organizational Effectiveness Director at Plusgrade since September 2025. Prior experience includes multiple senior roles at Q4 from 2018 to September 2025, including Senior Director positions in People & Culture and Learning & Talent Development, contributing to Q4's mission as a provider of investor relations and capital market solutions. Earlier positions include Director of Human Resources at Vision Critical, Senior Account Executive at Homewood Health, and various HR consulting roles. Krisinda's educational background includes a BA in Psychology from the University of Windsor, a Human Resources Management Certificate from Seneca Polytechnic, and studies at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto.
