Abhishek Srivastava

Abhishek Srivastava has a diverse work experience in the field of technical recruitment. Abhishek started their career in 2016 as a US IT Recruiter at SysMind LLC, where they were responsible for the entire recruitment process and building applicant sources. Abhishek then joined United Software Group Inc in 2017 as a US IT Recruiter, where they established recruiting requirements and built applicant sources. Abhishek worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at AriVik Technologies, Inc from 2018 to 2019, where they practiced full lifecycle recruiting and matched applicants with job requirements. Abhishek then joined IDC Technologies, Inc as a Sr Technical Recruiter in 2019, where they were responsible for full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing candidates based on client requirements. In 2020, they joined IDC Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd as a SR IT Recruiter, negotiating compensation/benefits and submitting qualified candidates to clients. Currently, Abhishek is working as a Sr Technical Recruiter at PeopleNTech, LLC, where they specialize in technical recruitment.

Abhishek Srivastava completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Motivational Pathway. Abhishek pursued this degree from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade education from SVM Intercollage, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM). Abhishek attended SVM Intercollage from 2005 to 2009.
