Shannon Kashinsky, SHRM-SPC, SPHR, CCUFC has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shannon began their career in 1993 as an Assistant Director at Westbrook Regional Vocational Center, where they managed staff, students, and technical programming. Shannon successfully obtained grants and approval for a major renovation project.

In 1999, Shannon joined Transparent Audio, a design and manufacturing company, as an HR Generalist/Business Manager. Shannon redesigned the compensation and benefits program, utilizing market data to create career paths and increase employee satisfaction.

From 2003 to 2005, Shannon served as the Payroll/Accounting Manager at Design Continuum, Inc., a global design consultancy. Shannon oversaw the accounting department, implemented an automated vendor tracking system, and administered benefit programs.

Shannon then moved to MD-IT, a healthcare information technology company, as an HR Manager. Shannon'sresponsibilities included designing HR programs, overseeing recruitment, worker's compensation, benefits, compliance, and performance management processes. Shannon successfully onboarded 800 employees and independent contractors.

In 2012, Shannon joined the United Way of York County, ME, where they were involved in the Day of Caring initiative. Shannon also served as the Past President of Human Resources for Southern Maine (HRASM) from 2017 to 2018.

Since 2010, Shannon has been the VP of Human Resources at PeoplesChoice Credit Union, where they currently work.

Shannon Kashinsky's education history begins with a Master's Certificate in Educational Administration, which was obtained from the University of Southern Maine from 2003 to 2005. Before that, Shannon obtained an Associates degree in Applied Sciences-Paralegal/Secretarial from Andover College. Continuing their education, Shannon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Husson University.
