Chance Darling

Chance Darling is an experienced Project Manager currently at PeopleSpace, a Haworth partner, since November 2019, and previously held project management roles at Boeing and Microsoft. At Boeing, Chance managed construction projects at Auburn and Fredrickson sites, while at Microsoft, responsibilities included budget management and process oversight in the AI+R Chief of Staff's Office, as well as vendor management and contract procurement. Chance has a strong background in coaching and youth development, having served as Head Girls Varsity Soccer Coach at Auburn High School and in various coaching and management roles within multiple soccer clubs. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Western Governors University and a Project Management Certification from The University of Texas at Dallas.
